Scott - The executive committee was formed at the request of Nelson to streamline the decision making process. It consists of Chairman of the Board (Rod), President (Nelson), 2 Vice Presidents (Gary and Marilyn), Treasurer (myself), Secretary(Jim), and 2 rotating at large board members (only Wendy and Sunny volunteered when all were asked). The Executive Director (Sep) is also included as a non voting member.
