All organizations go through changes, as evidenced, CIFFI is experiencing this and if many recall Kokanee Power had a similar shuffle a couple years ago which some felt was wrong. Bottom line, both organizations survived and have grown stronger. CIFFI's continued commitment to the fisheries stands unwaivered and the areas we have worked with Kokanee Power will continue.
Nelsen has been a member of CIFFI since the beginning and his absence will be felt across many aspects of CIFFI. His leadership has resulted in changes that few thought CIFFI could embrace not too long ago. He is a good man and all who know him will miss seeing him.
From this point on, CIFFI’s goal is to continue to support our members and sponsors going forward – as we have done before – and will continue the good works we are known for.
