The plants at Berryessa and New Melones change mostly due to Fish and Game management. We need to give Rollins and Folsom one more year to evaluate. Fish and Game is not sure why Folsom does not show any Kokanee. We may try this year to take them in a barge out to the center of the lake.
With new lakes, we would ask for a three year plant and then evaluate the success. Fish and Game does have the final say.
Oroville has been a success with the Coho and there may be some options with steelhead like they are planting in the Afterbay.
