Nelsen,
I think a solid effort at Oroville is the best use of resources. The reason being there is not a guranteed supply of eggs for this fishery. It would be a shame to loose it again like we did a few years ago. I also think that french meadows would be a good canidate for kokes. I don't think we will see any king plants in fresh water until the sacramento stocks recover.
