The family and I settled on Pardee today. With all that action my friend Kokemachine 83 has had, we needed to get the kids on some of that. Got through inspection no problem, and had lines in the water by 7:30, and it was fish after fish from there on out. Fished the river mouth to the upper rock wall all day for at least 30 hook ups and brought 10 home.
The fish ranged from 11 to 13.5 inches, and were caught on the lime color UV Sep’s Dodger and Uncle Larry’s Mad Irishman, Gold Star Light with a Copper Pop Larry’s and a Chrome Star Light with a small pink glow hoochie. The best scent for us today was Pro Cure Koke Special, Garlic Plus and Carp Spit all in the new UV flash and matched it with the same gels on the hardware at 1.3 to 1.5 on the GPS with depths ranging from 10 to 35 feet deep.
It looks pretty promising this year for Pardee. I will be on Berryessa next weekend be safe, and we’ll see ya on the water. T-ROY
