This is all too strange that there would be 2 threads about LEGEAL GUIDES. You would have thought with all the to do over Union Valley last year that this subject would be dead. I know that there were two guides that had the right papers to guide on Union Valley and I looked for the post on that on the Sniffer page to tell you how they were, but could not find any of it. I am sure that some body will know who they are and let us all know who has all there paper work done right. But I am glad to see that there is question on who is a legit guide on any of our waters. As Danny Lane put it bring it on. May be it will weed out so of the ones that do not have the permits. Those that dont might want to check the fines if you get stopped. I would hate to see what they are. If you are a customer looking for a guide I am sure that if you ask questions about what permits one has you will see who has put in there time and $$$$ to become a REAL LEGIT GUIDE and not a weekend warrior. Maybe Sep and or Rod would be willing to give us there in put on this subject matter.
