Last week I received a e-mail from the US Coast Guard and he stated "All fishing guide's who fish the Sacramento, American, Feather rivers also Folsom Lake and Lake Tahoe need a 6-pack license and/or Captian license from the US Coast Guard." No exceptions, and they will be inforcing this law. I talk to them on the phone and it was a legit e-mail. Also any lakes in the future that are under the US Coast Guard the law apply's which beside Folsom Lake could be some of the Northern & Central Valley lakes.
This post is just to let you know what is happening out there.
