I live in a state where that issue is being fought. The state court legalized Gay marriages, then it was put on hold, we voted and the response was no to Gay Marriages and now it is beining fought again.
I fortunately have not had the personal issues as some of you have and should one arise, I am not sure at this time how I would handle it. However, I see that the bible is very clear on the subject. Marriage is a between a man and a woman. Man should not lay with a man as a woman and the same goes the other way.
I do not condone the homosexual life style but do have friends that are gay. They know how I feel and I express those feeling to them when they ask. Yes they do ask me why I feel the way I do. THe only response they give me is that Jesus said to Love your neighbor as yourself and that it is not in the 10 commandments that they can not marry. The one thing is that we do not argue about it we do just diuscuss it disagreeably.
Homsexuality is becoming so open now days and publisized that the younger generations are unfortunately being led in the direction that it is ok. But then the same thing goes for some of the other things of a sexual nature.
I pray every day that things change and "WE" see what is right.
