The Bible does mention back in the book of leviticus about marking our bodies for the dead and most of us translate that as meaning tattoos. But this priest tattoos were of Jesus and He is still alive amen! But the Bible does say that we are to live "quiet" lives.
At the most since he had these tat's before becoming a priest possibly he should keep them covered at all times as does Ron Daniels of the Calvary Chapel Movement.
At some points especially on this issue I believe the church in question needs to wake up! Dont old things pass away and new things come? dont we become new creations in Christ Jesus?
This should never be an issue and I feel it to be very silly!
