Lawrencefield - Sand, Ants and Whipped Cream
Posted by Simon and Anne on July 18, 2017, 11:27 am
Anne and I postponed the scheduled Lawrencefield club trip to Wednesday when the weather forecast was better. Worked our way along the rock starting in the right corner then moving left with harder routes. Although not full of confidence due to the sandy humid conditions, alive with flying ants and a few midges. |
Whipped cream? – we were mystified at the sight of a bag full of small shinny canisters and spirit bottles. Then, whist at the crag we found an empty cardboard box labelled Whipped cream canisters!

I think the canisters are used for the propellent gas, which gets you high. I mean, I HEARD that..... but you have to inhale before the cream comes out, which can be tricky. Apparently. According to sources.... |
