Greenup County KY Census 1880 has a family with Manfred Gayhart head of house hold. His granddaughter was Rebecca Blair in his house hold born approx 1873. What happened to her? In proximity to where she lived was my family member William Clagg and they married had a son Elmore/Elmer in 1890. Where do you go in the county to look up Death Certs or where they caught in the flood?
