There is a death certificate for Millard Adkins listed on Ancestry. Death date is given as Dec. 20, 1916 Morgan County age 27. I did find a Millard Adkins in the 1900 census in Elliott Co., KY. He's listed as nephew of Huston Adkins. Hope this helps you and will be happy to help with any more info you need.
