Would like information on the death of my Grandfather Millard Skaggs. He died in 1932 and was shot and killed by my Grandfather Edward Williams. We have been told different stories about what happened and would like to know the true story. My Mother was Monie Skaggs and my Father was Loyd Williams they are both deceased and my brothers and sisters and I would like to the whole story. All we could find was a short newspapaer articile. If anyone can give. The shooting happened in Lawarence County KY. We just would like some of the blanks in the story filled in. Thanks to anyone who can help.
