I have been searching for my Dad Tildon Combs first wife for quiet awhile and haven't found anything. Her name is Phoebe Spencer and she left Dad with five daughters. They are Viola, Lillie, Elnora, Polly and Arkie. Phoebe was born in 1891 in Breathitt Co. She is the daughter of James Spencer and Polly Gross. My older sister told me that she went to Tennessee.Would appreciate any help. Thank you.
