Looking for information on Frank Harlow. Timeframe is mid 1800's. I have some info showing marriage to Nannie which would be correct. Marriage was in Rockcastle. I'm at a dead end here. I have he and Nannie in WV in 1890, and records of his death, but cannot trace back to his birth or parents.
