Charles Alfred Anness, born Oct 1888 to Sarah Catherine Anness. This was her birth name. 1900 Census shows her as "Caddy Williams", widowed after married one year. Lived with grandfather W.T. (Taylor) and Elizabeth F. Anness. Any information on Charles' father would be helpful.
