This is my brick wall, too. I am searching for the parents of Russell Fletcher (b. 10/1799). I believe Matthew is his brother. Russell married Eliza Ann Kelley. And, Matthew's son, Alexander, married her younger sister, Hannah Kelley.
There is an "Elias Fletcher" on the 1810 Cumberland Co., KY census, too. I don't know if this ia a brother or a son to Spencer and Fannie. Any leads?
