Looking for information as to the parents of John and Henry Dickson and those of John's wife Tamar. John and Tamar moved to Elk Creek, near Blackey in Letcher County, Ky. Henry moved to Johnson County and helped establish the town of Paintsville. John and Tamar came from North Carolina and Henry and his wife came from Grayson County Va. I have hit a brick wall as to any of these ancestor's parents. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
