Downtown Blackshear

If you ever had any doubts about Blackshear's Better Hometown program all you needed was to see last nights turn out for Downtown Trick or Treating, the fall Gord Head collections, and the lack of empty storefronts. I've never seen so many people in downtown as there were last night.
