Found Brown & White Long Hair Dog

There is a Brown & White long haired dog, with a shock collar, but no information, that was running along hwy 82 here at my store when we opened up this morning. Looks to be well kept, sure don't want it to get back into traffic.
If anyone knows somebody missing a dog of that description, please have them call or come by.
