The tragedy in Iowa hits close to home

Coach Ed Thomas was shot and killed this morning by a former player. You can read about it on just about every news outlet avilable to us.

Locally, this is hard on Sara Coggin at the Waycross Easter Seals office. Coach Thomas coached in her home town and at the high school she attended in Iowa.

Sara is married to Pierce Countian Brian. I asked you to not only remember Coach Thomas' family but also send up a special prayer for Sara and Brian. Sara can be reached during business hours at 283-4691.
