I took three pics with my phone, but they didn't come out well. The man's wife requested that the pics not to be shared due to her children last night. However, since then, I have heard that they are seeking photos and the video that was taken. While he was being handcuffed, there was a woman that told him not to worry, that she had it all on video. He didn't know who she was, but they are trying to find her because they need the video.
I agree with you - this person was arrested unfairly. He wasn't doing anything differently than anyone else was doing. And to let that family know, if you need witnesses, there are several.
