bliss fields more like take the piss fields.

I like the organisers of this avent to tell me how can they cancel a festival that know one has hardly herd of before, no advertising in forms of local flyering in pubs,bars,houses on the radio and tv. what a load of cow shit these organisers are . i've lived in amongst people putting on nights in night clubs festivals and at ibiza and them people work there heart out to get the punters in even putting prices down for locals.it just shows they really didnt have music in there souls. there probably rich toffs who started it in there field and thought they were it. i know the people who give you these great music avents and they arnt these rich toffs.

You are very mistaken when you call the organisors of this event rich toffs. You obviously have no idea of how much work goes into organising events such as these. The people who run this event also have day jobs. They put in a lot of hard work to make this weekend a success It took a lot of courage to cancel the event, believe me this decision was not taken likely.

This is a festival that has consistantly sold out for a number of years and has won awards and is run by some of the best people in the festival circuit. How you dare to guess at people's musical interest or people's financial status is beyond my imagination. One should mourn the cancelling of this festival because it is one of the few that is run by people who care about music and people and life. Maybe you have a grudge to bare in writing this or maybe you are just a wanker, hard to tell... Oh you can't spell and your grammar is appalling and you are probably ugly as well.

You absolute cretin jimjam! If you even knew the consequences then you'd take that back, but seeing as you can't even spell properly then I wouldn't expect you to comprehend the situation. Blissfields has been great every year since the start and Mel & Paul have put their hearts and souls into this event (and are hardly "posh toffs". I'm sure it'll be back next year with a vengeance!!!

i agree alot.
i live locally and nothing is mentioned anywhere.
Bad promotion. They can only blame themseleves for the ticket sales. They had quite a good lineup aswell.
