The issue is the shoulders. A big snake can swallow something as massive as a small adult human, but animals don't have awkward wide points like shoulders. Now, if the snake oriented itself so one jaw went over one shoulder and the other jaw over the second shoulder, it might just manage a human -- assuming a really big reticulated python or anaconda and a small adult human. BUT. A big snake's mouth is FULL of needle sharp teeth an inch or so long. Even tough prey bleed copiously while being eaten, and that's after the heart stops. Being eaten by a big snake would be agonizing. You'd pray for the death that would probably come from shock or suffocation...and this all assumes the snake didn't squeeze you to death first.
