Also in the Ponyville confidential episode you might have noticed how Rainbow Dash swallowed a piece of cucumber and Spike claiming it back to put it on his eyes. That means he must have reached into her stomach, or even sunk half his upper body down her mouth and throat, if that piece was really at the lowest point of her stomach. Needless to say there's vore potential there. ^^
