I am so glad that you had a wonderful 60th Birthday (and that your kids and grandkids showered you with love and surprises, you deserve it). Michael did good by you for your special day. Say hello to him for me. You two are a beautiful couple. And yes God is good all.... the time.
Thanks so much also Airebell for thinking about & asking about my Mom. She is doing much better. She's been back home now for about six months or so. She still has her bouts of dementia and forgetfulness that comes and goes; but it does not happen everyday. After about a year and a half of consistently taking care of my Mom mostly on my own I got really sick & I had ran my body down so bad that my Dr. put me on bedrest for awhile. I am getting back to my old self now (but) since then (when I got sick) my brother stepped up in a big way by taking care of my Mom. Mom still hates that she can't do everything for herself; she is fiercely independent, argumentative & stubborn to the bone & she does not like being told what to do (or when to take her medicine), but she is steadily improving and is doing so... much better. She hardly needs to use her wheelchair now unless we take her somewhere. She mostly uses her cane to walk around, and sometimes she can walk through the house and outside in the front of her house without the cane. She had some real good physical therapy (she enjoyed it) and she had a really good & a very patient physical therapist that got her on her feet and up and walking.
Well that's it for now.
Thanks again Airebell and thanks Classmates for keeping me and my family in your thoughts and prayers. I will continue to pray for all of you and your families as well. I Love you all, take good care of yourselves and God bless you always!!
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
To God Be The Glory!!
P.S. How is your Mom doing Airebell after her heart surgery?
I hope that your Mom is doing much better.
God bless & keep her & your family always!!
Love and Blessings, Phoebe
