Most of you may know, remember or are familiar with the Melson family (Marlana had (6)six siblings: 4 brothers & 2 sisters) , (Brother) Douglas Melson c/o '76, (Sister) Lola c/o '82 or '83, (Brother) Enrico "Ricco" c/o '73, (Sister) Carmen c/o '72, (Brother) Rudy c/o '71, and (Brother) Nolan c/o 68 or '69 at Centennial Senior High School
the 'Big Ten'. Marlana's family, the Fletcher family and my family were neighbors back-in-the-day. At one time our/my Family lived about (4) doors down from the Melson Family. Marlana was always a sweetheart. She was a sweet, very nice and beautiful person inside and out. She had a wonderful personality and spirit. She will be truly missed. May she R.I.P.

Prayer
Lord, we come lifting the Melson Family up in prayer. Lord, we're asking for your comfort during their pain and sorrow. Lord, I know that You are waiting to take their hands…and comfort them…and grant them peace as we speak. Lord, I know that You are wrapping your arms around them right now. Lord let them know that you are always in control and that they may not understand the why but you always understand and know. Lord, I ask that you give the Family strength; the kind of strength that only You can provide…for you are the one who will help them put one foot in front of the other and move through the days ahead. Lord, I ask that you help the Family through their grief as the days pass by help them to rest their minds and bodies and continue to live on even when they do not feel that they can. Lord, let them know that Your healing is mighty and that You will carry them when they are unable to stand. Lord, let them know that You are the constant in their lives when all else changes. Thank you, Lord, for already being an anchor and a rock for this Family. Lord, let them know that you will hold onto them not only and not just during these next trying days but always. Lord, we give You all the victory, all the glory and all the honor, and all the praise in the Precious Name of Jesus.
AMEN
