Greetings fellow classmates!

To my fellow mates of 1975, as 55 winds down and many of us become 56 starting in late Nov/early Dec, I just wanted to emphasize the important thing, and that is we are still alive! I send a shout out to those who may not make the reunion for whatever reasons, financially, health wise, time wise, or just not in to reunions. I have many things to thank God for and being a part of the Centennial High School's graduating class of 1975 is high on the list. I've had my ups and downs with drugs and recklessness but my classmates never put me down, especially when many of them could have during our 10 year anniversary and the get togethers that led up to them. I was either too embarrassed at my chemical dependency or didn't have enough money to attend the 10 year anniversary, or both. But I felt it important enough to at least make it to a pre anniversary reunion because one thing about our class is there was a close knit relationship that bonded us all together. I said to myself, "these people really care about me and for one another". There were no big I's and little u's. I thank God for my hallway buddy Wayne Ware, who through his technical skills has kept the communication going from then until now. I have a friend from Compton High School class of 1975. When she saw the Big Ten '75 website she was jealous, and kept saying how she wished they had something because they don't have anything. There's something special about our graduating class! Thinking back over the years and remembering those who have gone before us, some of my close friends like Keith Brice, and Gerald Shofner and others. Except by the grace of God we are still here! Don't ask me why because I would not even attempt to give an answer except to say only God knows. What I can do is to make an effort to encourage my classmates to stay in the spirit of '75! I want to give a shout out to my good friends Willie Nelson and Lozando Washington! That being said, "Let the Champagne flow because it may be the last time, I don't know!" Kevin Hall, Tony Benford, Wayne Ware and myself are going to close down the place on Friday night
