well this might be a little long due to that faxt i have alot of questions. i have been playing ball for about 5 years now, i am 5'8 bout 185 lbs. i can consistenly hit a ball 330+ if i wanted to with my best shot bout 410. now as weight lifting goes what is better i have had 3 situations. low reps and high weight, high reps and low weight, or something like 65 to 75% your max weight for about 3-5 sets working for a 3-5 rep max while doing these lift as fast as you can? now after that question i am now going into the season, what would you recommend for an inseason workout cause i know that is just as important.
