In the book Vital Records from the Eastport Sentinel 1818-1900 I found the following:
Birth, In Eastport, 12/26/1893 a daughter to wife of Freeman Mills.
Birth: in Eastport, Sept. 13, 1895 to wife of Freeman Mills.
Death: in Eastport Dec. 19, 1895 Charlotte R. child of Annie and Freeman Mills.
Birth: in Eastport, Jan. 10, 1898 to wife of Freeman Mills a son.
Death in Eastport Sept. 21, 1898. son of Freeman and Annie Mills age 8m. 11d.
Birth: in Eastport a son to wife of Freeman Mills , July 1, 1899.
If I find any other info on Mills I will let you know.
