Hi Carla,
I have an 1885 map of the waterfront of Eastport which lists a "lobster factory" but doesn't give any information about it. I also found a record that says: "Upham Stowers Treat & Isaac Noble were business partners in the canning business in Eastport, Maine" but that's all it says. The name Holliday does'nt seem to appear anywhere. I am in the process of researching the "old" waterfront here in Eastport. I will let you know if I find anything pertaining to the name Holliday.
