Looking for model painter

Hello,
I am looking for someone who is interested in painting some custom figurines for me. There are two characters and approx. 40 of each character. I will be painting some myself but due to the number would be interested to find someone to help.
Think smurf figurines if that helps.
I suppose what would be best is a keen junior who is interested in earning some extra cash.
