"Ministers also approved a committee to organise the cremation and assigned the Fine Arts Department to design and build a royal crematorium up till March 2012. [...] Outgoing Culture Minister Nipit Intarasombat said after the meeting outgoing Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva signed an order to appoint the organising committee, which would be chaired by Abhisit himself, and approved the Bt100 million budget".
