Doyu Nyudo Shinno was the 7th son of Emperor Go-Sai by Umekoji Sadako, Rokujo no Tsubone. He was born 9 Nov 1670. Originally named Yo no Miya, he was appointed Head of the Shogoin Temple, Kyoto 1675, received the title of Shinno 31 Dec 1680 taking the name Munenori. He entered holy orders 16 Jan 1681 and assumed the religious name Doyu. He was raised to Nihon rank 26 Mar 1687 and died unmarried at the Shogoin Temple 16 Jan 1691. He was buried in the Shogoin no Miya Cemetery, Shirakawa and given the posthumous Buddhist name Joshinji.
I am not aware of Emperor Go-Sai having a daughter called Tomiko Naishinno. He did have a daughter called Tomoko. She was the Emperorfs eldest child and the elder of his two children by his consort Akiko (1633-1680), elder daughter of Takamatsu no Miya Yoshihito Shinno. Tomoko Naishinno, was born 20 July 1654; originally named Yao no Miya, she received the title of Naishinno 10 Sept 1686 and died unmarried 15 Jan 1687. She was buried at the Ryukoin, Daitokuji Temple and given the posthumous name Shojokan'in.
Emperor Go-Saifs half-brother Emperor Reigen did have a daughter called Tomiko Naishinno (1676-1707) who married Fushimi no Miya Kuninaga Shinno, 14th Fushimi no Miya (1676-1726) so possibly there is some confusion between the two.
