I only know of this Sultan Iskandar Mahmud Badaruddin, that he is descended from much earlier Sultan and that Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin III is descended from the hero-Sultan)rebel against the Dutch)Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II,but from a sub-wife.The latter has no websites.Computers, websites, etc, are anyeway less normal in Indonesia. You can just put him as one of the claimants of the Sultan's title of Palembang. He is very much recognized by the local politicians. But that doesn't mean much.I mean less than in Europe.
Strange, that hardly anything is heard of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin III.
Maybe you also saw the website of the descendants of the last Sultan of Pasir.
I am still preserving my plan to start my own website about the present situation of the Indonesian dynasties. But I still must learn, how to work with a scanner.I am no pc specialist.
As you know one person in Singapore intermarried in the heriditary vice-King's dynasty of Riau-Lingga also has his own Riau-Lingga/Indonesia royal general website.I contributed to that before, but no our ways has gone totally seperatedly an other way.
Also he ahs no real apporval of the Sultan's dynasty of Riau-Lingga and an important part of the vice-King's dynasty of RL.
In fact there are only 3 Indonesian royal websitesalembang,Pasir(I gave much photomaterial to that site)and www.kutaikartanegara.com .Look out for the good url. There is another KK site by the same webmaster ca.(?),but only about local government and other facts from government side of view.
Sumbanews is a site about the affairs and culture of Island Sumbawa in general and former sultanate Sumbawa in special.I also gave some old pictures already to the webmaster. Most of the news unfortunately in English.
There is also a Moluccan site in Holland called Pesulima, who also gives much information aboyt the on Ambon very important Raja dynasty Rehatta of Soya. There are also other Moluccan(Mlukse sites)sites in Holland of Moluccan people, who gave some informaton and pictures of the local raja dynasties, who are mostly ruling only over a village with some hamletts.
I tried to stimulate much dynasties to begin their own dynasty, but in vain.
Concerning Sulu in the S.-Philippines the Maharaja Adinda,or Arinda branch ahs it's own site, but I forgot the URL.Maybe the website webalice(about royal Philippines flags)knows it.
When you look to sultan Sulu, you get the website of Sultan Muh. Fuad Abdulla Kiram;a sultan with a very doubtfull claim.(To many royals are convinced by outsiders to forward their claim. Also in Indonesia.Sorry I must express myself like this. But better to say my opinion, although all is not my business.
There is also a website called pasarjava, who is owned by a royal brother-in-law of the present Susuhunan of Surakarta(Java)and who sells items related to the cultural wisdom of the dynasty(many aspects)and who wants bit by bit give some information about the dynasty(with my help a bit.).
In fact:if you want information about the Indonesian dynasties in English, just search for Donald Tick Pusaka and you will find many links on internet about me and that gives mostly information everywhere about this matter.
Succes.
And thank you for your interest.
