Prince Pratapsinh Gaekwad of Baroda, grandson of the late Maharaja
Pratapsinhrao Gaekwad of Baroda (India) married Praggyashree, younger
daughter of General Pyar Jung Thapa, the suspended Chief of Army Staff
of the Royal Nepalese Army, in a week long ceremony in Katmandu. The
bridegroom heads the Gaekwad family textile manufacturing firm and the
bride is a MD and Captain in the Nepalese Army Medical Service.
