Posted by Lukasz As for your other questions, as far as I know, Tonga is democratic but in name, the country has a constitution but it gives nearly full power to the King (and because of his illness and advanced age indirectly to his family). There were some protests last year and finally the King decided to agree to allow some reforms of the system.
