It is quite possible your opinion of a club foot and the seller's opinion of a club foot are two different things. I have seen many horses that people say are club footed and I look at them and don't see it at all. It seems to be the current "thing" to call any horse with even slightly unmatched feet "club footed". Anyway, unless a horse is majorily club footed (completely upright "box" foot), it should not effect their function or usuability. There are many horses out there with imperfect feet that are sold every day. There is no reason why your horse should be any different. No horse is perfect and there are much worse faults out there. Try accentuating the horse's good points and don't make a big issue out of faults. Every horse has them.
