I had a mare given to me when I was young, and she was my best friend for many years. Her prior owner died shortly after gifting her to me, and her papers were not found. Her insurance papers were found, and that was how I knew her name - Tara Bask - and that she came from that line, and was born in the summer of 1981. I was only able to confirm that she was registered with the AARH.
I'm not in the horse world so much now, simply because I cannot afford it. But if any of you out there can help me find out where Tara came from, her parents, her lineage, I would love to be able to know. She was my best friend, and even saved my life. I can think of few better ways to remember her.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
