Cathy,
I sent you an email but I guess you might have missed it. Sometimes I go through and delete things becaause I think that it's junk. I hope I didn't do that to yours. I sent pictures of one of my shorter mares when she was a foal and I will send them again. I will get some current pictures to you this coming week. What is your email? Sounds like your stallion is beautiful. Do you have a website? We will keep in touch.
: Susan,
: I thought I posted back to you but I guess
: it didn't go through, sorry to wait so long
: to check.
: If you have a mare to lease, I'd be very
: interested for next spring and might
: consider buying the mare later as well. I'd
: appreciate photo's and information. If they
: are partbred Arabian and can be registered,
: that would be great and I'd prefer at least
: half Arabian. I thought my little stallion
: was smaller but I measured him with a
: measure stick at a hair under 41 inches. He
: is just awesome to watch and I think he's
: going to produce some really, really nice
: sport ponies. At his height, he could be
: bred to a mare as tall as 15 hands and still
: produce a pony under 14.2 hands. He's
: incredibly leggy and proportionate and I
: understand that some of the miniature horses
: are excellent to cross back to full size
: breeds to decrease height yet maintain the
: integrity of the full size "type".
: Is anyone else in this forum breeding their
: Arabians or Part Arabians for Sport Ponies?

: We are near Warrensburg (25 min.) and Kansas
: City (1 hr.). I don't have pictures right
: now but I am working on that. I am
: borrowing a digital camera this next week.
: She is pretty typey. She isn't purebred but
: she doesn't look like an Appaloosa. I have
: some purebred filly's also that I might be
: interested in leasing or even selling. They
: will more than likely be quite a bit larger
: then what you're talking about. I will send
: those photos to you if you would like? Send
: me an email if you would like to investigate
: this further. Thanks.

: Hi,
: Thanks, I decided to breed my registered
: 13.3 MFT mare Erin next spring to him to see
: how he produces to a larger mare (not Arab
: but the foals will be registered with the
: MFT pony Registry). Yes, registered would
: be needed to be able to register the foals
: and I think he would cross so well with an
: Arabian mare.
: Is she very typey? I've seen a lot of
: Arabian mares that I could no more identify
: as Arabian than any other breed.
: Do you have some photo's that you could
: email?
: Thank you for your response. We're near
: Springfield, Mo. Are you near our area?

: Have you found the Arabian or part bred
: Arabian mare? Does the mare need to be
: registered? I have a 2 year old filly.
: She's a black half appaloosa with a tiny bit
: of roaning and a star. Otherwise she is
: solid. She has a human eye but no other
: appaloosa traits. She has a refined head
: and very nice movement. She is around 13
: hands and still has some growing to do. Her
: sire is Asadd's Night Glow (Own son of
: imported double National Champion, Asadd)
: and her Dam is Miss Silky Trix.
: Registration is possibly available half
: arab. We are reducing our herd so I'd sell
: her to you unregistered for $300 and
: registered $800. She is very sweet!

: Want to buy or lease an Arabian or partbred
: Arabian mare that is under 14 hands for a
: sport pony within a days drive from SW
: Missouri (Springfield area). No grey, no
: paints. I will provide a loving home with
: the best care whether temporary or permanent
: and can provide as many references as you
: could ask for. My small stallion is 38
: inches, champagne appaloosa in color and
: registered with ICHR. My other horses are
: healthy, happy and well cared for and my
: vets are wonderful.
