Posted by Carly Lyn Currently Casting: Noble Steed -- 15hh or taller. Must be attractive and have presence. Ideally white, light dapple gray or black/ dark bay. All breeds accepted. Must be calm and obedient. Mediocre Unicorn looking for reasonably well-behaved donkeys or mules of any size and color. ABOUT THE PRODUCTION: Due to the low budget nature of this production we are relying upon the generous contributions of the entertainment community. Cameras and film stocks have been donated by Panavision and Kodak, while costumes and sets have been donated by Faire Ladies, Faire Lords and the Renaissance Pleasure Faire. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for the use of your horse, but we will be happy to provide DVD copies of the finished film, exposure, and special thanks in the credits. Southern California Equestrians: Want your horse to be in a movie?
CHARMING, a fairytale satire about the origin of Prince Charming is looking for a few noble steeds!
All equines required for ONLY ONE DAY of shooting in San Bernardino (August 21st). Horses WILL NOT be ridden and will be supervised by an experienced On Set Horse Wrangler and American Humane Association Film/TV Unit representative. Transportation to San Bernardino will be provided, as well as food/water/lodgings for the chosen Equines. Horse owners and families will be given access to the set, transportation, lodging and meals.
