Ana i've got the perfect idea maybe u should by a sailor fuku at cosmates.jp and if u hav black hair that reaches your bak u could dress up as Kagome from InuYasha. But, if your hair is not black or dark brown buy some hair dye or a wig.
Infact i'm buying a sailor fuku as i type. Mine only costs $30 plus shipping and handling. Goodluck finding a costume!
