Thank you. I think the reason the interviews are taking place so late in the typical admissions calendar has everything to do with the relatively late announcement that the program will open this summer. During the opening remarks, one of the people from the admissions department mentioned their class of 2019 applications will open in May along with all the other programs (and close in February of 2017 if I remember correctly). |
This was my first interview experience for any sort of master's program, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Each applicant took part in 2 separate 30 minute interview sessions with a panel of 3 or 4 panelists. My experience seems to be consistent to practicing AA's recollection of their interviews at other programs. Be yourself and calm and you'll be fine. A few hypotheticals and questions regarding my experiences in my job or clinical settings.
MCW has quite a few resources at its disposal since it is tightly partnered with two hospitals on campus (Froedert and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin). I was impressed, but, again, I don't have anything to compare it to.
