For what it's worth, Nova told me that one of the best ways for me to strengthen my applicaton is to re-take any of the prerequesite science courses that I did not receive either an 'A' or 'B' in. They have a formula for determining the strength of a candidate that includes the overall GPA, the GPA of just the pre-requesites, and the GPA of all of the science courses. Retaking science courses will improve all of these GPAs.
Your situation may be different. Since you have already completed a graduate school program, they may already be confident that you are capable of handling their coursework.
