Is anyone having any trouble now getting in to shadow in the OR? Here in Atlanta they are now saying you already have to be in the application process before they will allow you into the OR. I shadow once two years ago, and this wasn't an issue. I just would like to do it one more time to make sure that this is a career change that I would like to make.
I was told that if I knew an anesthetist personally, I could probably get them to get me into the OR to shadow... Is there anyone in Atlanta that could help me out with this? Thanks!
