Thanks for the response. The main reason I was considering them was that they have a 3 month free deal, where you can spread out the savings over the course of the lease. So a $1400 2 bed 2 bath turns into a $1167 month place....so you don't think its too far away? Also, I had looked into palm trace a little bit, do you think that you could give me some (or a lot) of the details of the place? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
