Unfortunately, I suffered a major illness (not mono) during my third year of school and had to withdraw from classes that fall. When I returned the next semester, I loaded up on classes and still wasn’t very well. Unfortunately, I didn’t stay much above academic probation that semester, but my grades were better both before and after this. I worry that bringing that up may only make them more concerned about my health, but I suppose that it would come up if I were able to get an interview. I really don’t want this to prevent me from being able to get into an AA program (hopefully Emory), but I’m honestly not sure. Do you have any other suggestions, or does it just seem like I’m stuck?
