My son has been considering becoming an AA. However, we have been discovering that his color blindness has been limiting his career options in the medical field. We have been told that he is welcome to apply to an AA program. We know that in many other fields this condition will result in disqualification from employment. Has anyone come across this issue as it relates to becoming an AA?
