Sorry Me my apologies but no offense I'm not trying to start a fight on here although it may appear or seem that way because of my long postings(message) but I assure you I'm not It's just that once I start typing I just can't seem to stop. I know I shouldn't let these negative CRNAs get to me but it just gets under my skin when they come on this AA message board and continue to flaunt their society(AANA)and disrespecting the AA-Cs and Allied Health Care Profession. I know not all CRNAs think or act like stanley Kristiansen(their colleague)but the vast majority are and do operate like stanley my thing is don't come on here and post negative comments towards AA-C and their society(AAAA)leave us alone and go play your "negative" politics some where else(CRNAs). I'm only standing up for what's "RIGHT" If Me! or You! don't stand up and support AA-C, and their society AAAA and the Profession of Allied Health Care then who will?...I will try not to get so emotional and shorten my words in the near future. Sorry Me it's just that I don't want to have to go threw or endure this fiasco when I come out of AA program this is ridiculous It's about the "PATIENT" CARE! we as the society of the AAAA, AA-C, and Allied Health Care Profession(AHCP)want to provide excellent care as mid-level anesthesia provider AA-C to all "patient" in all states we rightfully deserve. It's not like the profession of AA-C(anesthetist)just appear 1-2 years ago out of no where AA-C have been practicing for over 37 years now three(3)and a half(1/2)"Decades" nearly 40 years in counting "safe", "strong", "competent", and "compassionate providers" with a "impeccable safety record which has been proven. Once again FACT! there are nurses BSN/ADN who are Anesthetist R.N.,A.A.-C.,M.M.Sc.,BSN still function as a nurse anesthetist but as a allied health anesthetist(RN,AA-C,MSA,BSN). The AANA "hates" when BSN/ADN nurses go the AA route anesthetist program instead of the CRNA route anesthetist program I wonder why?. A lot of ICU nurses do not like the politics of the AANA and what they see before they even apply to CRNA school which discourage them from applying to CRNA school instead they go the AA route because of what the AAAA stands for and their "values" which reflects on "PATIENT CARE" " and "TEAM PLAYERS" in the ACT model #1 priority not negative politics or $$$greed which other CRNAs and BSN nurses have mention on here personally about the AANA and there tactics. The other two reason why nurses(BSN/ADN)apply to AA program is #1.Education of AA-C(pre-med core curriculum medical science in anesthesia)and #2.Location (don't have to pick and move to way from home just to go to the nearest CRNA program when they will be doing the same exact job in the ACT model as a CRNA "BOTH" being used interchangeably in the O.R. working side by side AA-C/CRNA with the same $salary in the ACT). In conclusion Me I believe the reason why certain negative CRNAs come on here and post negative comments is because of "FEAR"! plan and simple If they have no reason to feel threaten or feel insecure by a AA-C then why else would they come on here and continue to bad mouth AA-C and their profession? or even go as far as discouraging AA-S(students)from applying to AA program but instead telling them to go to CRNA school instead of AA school how rude and disrespectful is that?...they will result or do anything just to build and keep their numbers strong. where not their problem It's the ASA they hate AA-C because the ASA support the AAAA/AA-C and the AAAA/AA-C support the ASA as a positive "TEAM" concept in the ACT plane and simple which leads to "FEAR" and "HATE" for AA-C and the AAAA sad but true. I just want them to leave us alone and let us do what we do best as Anesthetist(AA-C) that is provide excellent care to our patient and not deal with the politics. I have a lot of respect for CRNAs and yes they also provide excellent care to patients I just do not have respect towards negative CRNAs who do not respect or support AA-C when it comes mid-level anesthesia provider care shortage across the United States(in all 50)period.
