    CRNA vs. AA- Archived Message

Posted by sharee on November 27, 2007, 9:48 pm

I have not interest in being a nurse, but i would like to work in anesthesia. because of i chose AA . but know i found this program at Columbia that will accept non-nursing graduate into their CRNA program. So my question is would i still be considered a nurse if did CRNA without any nursing experience or would i be better off being a AA and not confusing what my role.
i think if i train as a CRNA that is what i am but i can not ignore that all my peers in the field would be nurses and CRNA. What do you think.
